How do I request after-sales service?
Provide your order number + product SN + photos/video of the issue, and contact us via on-site
chat or email. EU/US/UK customers can use local service centers; remote issues are triaged by our support

58L features dual-zone independent temperature control (competitors at this price are mostly
single-zone), 78-hour single-battery runtime (EcoFlow 55L only 35 hrs), 15-min fast cooling, and dual battery
bays.
What battery chemistry? Is it safe?
All power stations use LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries with 3000–4000 cycles — safer
and longer-lasting than ternary lithium, heat-resistant and flame-retardant.
Can it run an air conditioner?
C2000 and F3000 can run a 12,000 BTU RV air conditioner for ~1–2 hours; F3000 + BP3000
expansion extends to 4–6 hours. Ideal for RV and home backup.
Do solar panels work with other brands?
Yes. Our panels use standard MC4 / XT60 / Anderson ports, compatible with most third-party
power stations.
How long does a full charge last?
Example — C1000X runs a fridge 10+ hrs, charges a laptop 15+ times, powers a TV 8+ hrs; C2000
runs a fridge 20+ hrs; F3000 supports essential home appliances 1–3 days.
Can I use it while charging?
Yes. All models support pass-through charging — you can power devices while the unit is charging
C300 vs C300X?
C300X adds 100W solar charging, smart APP control, and a built-in camping light over C300,
with higher cycle life (3000). C300 has an AC outlet; C300X DC is DC-only.
Can I expand capacity?
Yes. C2000 Gen2 supports BP2000 expansion (up to 4kWh); F3000 supports up to 3× BP3000 (up to
12kWh).
Are solar panels waterproof?
Waterproof. PS30 IP65, PS60 IP67, PS100/PS200/PS400 IP68 — all safe for outdoor use in rain.
I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery, why did I not get it until Tuesday?
Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We currently do not deliver at weekends.
